Wonderful company, extremely polite and they really know what they are talking about. I am a very skeptical person when it comes to working with companies and not just doing things by myself. I have been considering getting a new roof put on my home for a bit since it was damaged in the last storm. I decided for now to talk to several roofing companies about getting a quote or inspection done and ask questions. I wanted to see how knowledgeable they were. I will say I was by far the most impressed by this one. Avenue roofing did a great job of telling me the entire process from start to finish and I had a lot of questions but they answered them all. I was shocked that they could answer literally every question I asked. One thing I like most about this company is that they are family/veteran owned and operated. ~ Willow M

I had the pleasure to work with Vitaliy. He showed great responsibility and care towards of my wants and needs for my roof. I knew the color that I wanted for my roof. In order to have match the roof colour of my dreams to what the company that Vitaliy works for, he took initiative to match it for me. He worked very hard to make my dreams come true, and I am very happy with the color of my roof. Throughout the process he was always there to check on the work and provided great quality control. He was always available to respond to me in a timely matter with all of my concerns. The work was done very carefully. Workers didn’t leave a mess behind them and I didn’t have any nails laying out on my lawn. The team was very friendly. I highly recommend this company Avenue roofing. Avenue Roofing does stellar work! They are professional, courteous, friendly and highly detailed. Vitaliy and Dan were wonderful to work with and were there for me throughout the process from start to finish. Neighbors were complimenting the work within a week of its completion. They take care to avoid and cover plants that may be in the work area and their cleanup is second to NONE! They even update you visually throughout the process with their "company cam", that feature is a bonus! My sincere thanks to Vitaliy, Dan and the entire crew! I can't speak highly enough about this company! From the initial contact and inspection with Marc to the paperwork with Jess and finally the installation job with Josh's supervision they have been TOP NOTCH A+++!!! I couldn't be happier with my whole experience and of course my roof looks amazing. They helped me with the process of filing a claim and shingle selection. I take pride in my home and now I feel that the value has improved and I feel safer going into hurricane season. Don't waste your time or money on companies that only care about getting your $! Avenue Roofing, the owner Devon, and associates Marc and Brian are hands down the best in the business! These guys did everything they could to help us and got our roof claim approved through our insurance company. Although our insurance company forced us to use a different contractor, Avenue was right there to help us even after the fact to try to see if we could fight the decision from the insurance company. These guys truly care about their customers, and even potential customers they have made no money on. They provide unparalleled customer service and were so easy to build a repoir with. PHENOMENAL Company! Avenue Roofing is very customer oriented, informative, have excellent communication, are very responsive, and exceeded my expectations by far. In dealing with a nightmare of a claim with my insurance company, I was glad to have found Avenue Roofing as they have helped me every step of the way from start to finish and made the process much more manageable than it would have been otherwise. Not only did Avenue Roofing not request any payment up front, they were also very understanding of my situation with the insurance company and at no point did they pressure me for payment once the job was completed. I have dealt with many companies in my lifetime and Avenue Roofing easily stands out as being one of the best! We are 100% completely satisfied with our experience from the first time Daniel called us through the last day on site. Daniel walked us through the entire process in detail and frequently stopped to make sure we fully understood everything and answered any questions we had. At no point did we ever feel pressure to agree to anything or being "upsold" to things we didn't need or want. The price was was on target with what we expected. Thanks to Avenue Roofing LLC we have a spectacular standing seam metal roof. Devon and Jessica kept us informed of every step in the process: permitting, materials delivery and pick up, dumpster arrival and removal, workers schedule, county inspector timetable... If you need a new roof, do your due diligence; get estimates, research the companies...BUT make sure to find out what Avenue Roofing offers. We had the best experience with Avenue Roofing from our first contact with them through the perfect installation of our new roof. Everyone at the company is professional and responsive ans I can't say enough about our sales rep Brian McElroy. Brian was so knowledgeable about the whole process and helped us navigate through some situation involving insurance. He always returned calls and was true to his word in every way, plus he always had a positive attitude and was really nice to deal with. I had a few singles fly off during one of the hurricane storms that came through. I was switching home owners insurance companies and wanted to get this taken care of quick. Due to the age of the original shingles, it was hard to color match. This all took place in the Summer of 2020 in the midst of the virus, when supplies were in short supply. Devon and team searched all available resources and came through in a pinch to get the materials, worked late and even on a Sunday to get the job completed timely! ~ Kim B

The Owner was able to answer all my questions, and the fact that I was able to talk to the owner of the company, is rare customer service now a days. I rarely post a review but I am today because of the time he spent with me going over details made all the difference in the world to building trust in a company. There are so many roofing companies that don't have this level of customer service before and after the sale. This experience meant a lot to me and I will be giving them plenty of word of mouth business. ~ Grace M

Avenue Roofing walked with us, through the entire process. We called them to come inspect our roof after a storm left shingle debris at the bottom part of our gutters. Vitaliy was the first person from the company, to interact with us. He was very friendly, very professional, not pushy, and very knowledgeable. We ended up filing a claim with our insurance company, the insurance agreed to pay for a new roof and gutters. From this point, Avenue's staff started making things happen, and they accepted the terms of replacement from our insurance company. They set up the appts, coordinated a gutter company, and did a bang up job of replacing the roof, in one full day. Through internal quality control, they caught a couple of issues with the install, but properly addressed them soon after. The county inspection passed, we paid the remainder of our balance, had a couple of rains come down, no leaks, and the roof looks great. I do like that Devon (owner), met with me as well, and reassured me of the whole process. Great company, great people! Military veteran company as well! ~ Nathaniel C

The company was friendly and would explain throughly the entire process from the beginning to completion. The sales representative was very knowledgeable of the products and handled the process professionally. If an aspect of the process didn’t workout the staff would suggest another avenue to assure the job would be completed. Highly recommended company. We received great support from beginning of the process until completion of project. We mostly dealt with Sheryl who is very professional, always available and responsive even after hours and on weekends. Brian always made sure he was present on both times our roof was inspected by the insurance adjuster. Roof replacement was completed within the estimated timeframe provided. ~ Margie A
